1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, participate in Missions or Bounties, submit creator content, communicate with us, connect supported services, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

This may include your name or username, email address, social-media handles, creator profiles, account information, wallet address, submitted content, Mission and Bounty submissions, reward history, communications with Wanted Network, and other information you choose to provide.

We may also automatically collect technical information when you use the Platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, interaction data, approximate geographic information, session information, and analytics or diagnostic data.

2. WALLET AND BLOCKCHAIN INFORMATION

Wanted Network may allow users to connect a cryptocurrency wallet or interact with blockchain-based functionality.

We may collect or process public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, token balances relevant to Platform functionality, blockchain transaction activity, and related publicly available blockchain information.

Wanted Network does not require or collect your private keys or wallet seed phrase.

Blockchain networks are public by design. Transactions recorded on a blockchain may be permanently visible and cannot generally be altered or deleted by Wanted Network.

You should never provide your private key or recovery phrase to Wanted Network or anyone claiming to represent Wanted Network.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information collected through the Platform to operate Wanted Network; create and manage user accounts; process Mission and Bounty submissions; verify eligibility and participation; calculate Heat, rankings, rewards, and Wanted Board placement; facilitate WNTD-related functionality; prevent fraud and abuse; improve Platform performance; provide customer support; communicate important Platform information; measure usage and engagement; protect the security of users and the Platform; comply with legal obligations; and develop new features and services.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand Platform usage, creator activity, campaign performance, and broader trends.

4. CREATOR CONTENT AND PUBLIC INFORMATION

Certain information you provide may be intentionally displayed publicly as part of Wanted Network.

This may include creator usernames, profile information, creator content, Mission submissions, Heat, rankings, Wanted Board positions, achievements, social-media content, and other information associated with public Platform participation.

You should not submit information that you do not want displayed or associated with your public creator identity where the applicable feature is intended to be public.

5. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Wanted Network may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics technologies, and similar tools to operate the Platform, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Platform, measure campaign effectiveness, detect technical problems, and improve user experience.

Some of these technologies may be provided by third-party analytics or infrastructure providers.

Where required by applicable law, users may be provided with choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

Wanted Network may share information with service providers that assist us with hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, blockchain connectivity, wallet functionality, communications, security, fraud prevention, payments, customer support, or other Platform operations.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights or security of Wanted Network or its users, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, or respond to a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.

Wanted Network does not sell or rent personal information to advertisers for monetary consideration.

Third parties that you independently interact with, including wallet providers, blockchains, social-media platforms, exchanges, and other external services, operate under their own privacy policies.

7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Wanted Network may allow you to interact with or submit content from third-party services such as social networks, video platforms, wallet providers, blockchain networks, exchanges, or other websites.

Information processed directly by those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Wanted Network is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or operation of third-party services.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA AND CREATOR SUBMISSIONS

Mission or Bounty participation may require users to publish content on third-party platforms and provide Wanted Network with a link or other evidence of publication.

Wanted Network may review publicly available information associated with those submissions, including content, views, interactions, publication dates, creator accounts, and other information necessary to evaluate whether Mission or Bounty requirements have been satisfied.

9. SECURITY

Wanted Network uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

However, no website, blockchain, wallet, computer system, or method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, accounts, passwords, authentication methods, wallets, private keys, and recovery phrases.

10. DATA RETENTION

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain records, process creator activity and rewards, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect Wanted Network and its users.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.

Information recorded on public blockchain networks may remain permanently available and is outside Wanted Network's ability to delete.

11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you reside, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning your personal information.

These may include the right to request access to information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion where legally available, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request information regarding how personal data is used or disclosed.

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect legal rights, or maintain records of blockchain transactions.

As a result, information may be processed or stored outside the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required by law, Wanted Network will take reasonable measures to handle personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

13. CHILDREN

Wanted Network is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the Platform or participate in digital-asset functionality under the laws applicable to them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would violate applicable law.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a person who was not eligible to provide it, we may delete or restrict that information as appropriate.

14. DIGITAL-ASSET PRIVACY LIMITATIONS

Users should understand that blockchain technology creates privacy limitations that differ significantly from traditional online services.

Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions may be publicly visible, traceable, and permanently recorded.

Wanted Network cannot delete, modify, conceal, or reverse information that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.

Users should consider these characteristics before connecting a wallet or conducting blockchain transactions.

15. LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Wanted Network may collect, retain, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, sanctions requirements, anti-fraud obligations, regulatory requests, or other lawful processes.

Additional identity or eligibility verification may be required for certain Platform features where necessary for legal, compliance, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Wanted Network may update this Privacy Policy periodically as the Platform, technology, services, or legal requirements change.

When material changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of the Platform following an update is subject to the revised Privacy Policy.
