Terms of Service

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.

You may not use Wanted Network where your participation would violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or other legal restrictions.

Wanted Network may restrict access to certain features, token transactions, Missions, Bounties, or rewards based on jurisdiction, age, eligibility requirements, or regulatory considerations.

2. WANTED NETWORK

Wanted Network is a creator-rewards platform that enables eligible users to participate in content Missions, Bounties, rankings, promotional opportunities, and other creator-focused activities.

Platform functionality may include:

• Missions and creator challenges;
• WNTD rewards;
• Heat and creator rankings;
• the Wanted Board;
• Bounties;
• Safehouse tools and creator features;
• promotional and featured-placement opportunities; and
• other functionality introduced as the Platform develops.

3. ACCOUNTS AND WALLET SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, authentication credentials, connected wallets, private keys, seed phrases, devices, and other methods used to access Wanted Network.

Wanted Network will never require your private key or wallet seed phrase.

You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account or connected wallet unless prohibited by applicable law.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Wanted Network is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised wallets, lost credentials, phishing, incorrect addresses, unauthorized approvals, malicious software, user error, or third-party wallet providers.

4. MISSIONS AND BOUNTIES

Wanted Network may publish Missions, Bounties, creator challenges, and other opportunities that provide WNTD, Heat, promotional benefits, or other rewards.

Each opportunity may contain its own requirements, including content specifications, deadlines, platforms, eligibility conditions, attribution requirements, reward amounts, submission limits, and approval criteria.

Submitting content does not guarantee approval or reward.

Wanted Network may reject submissions that:

• fail to satisfy Mission or Bounty requirements;
• contain misleading, fraudulent, copied, automated, or low-quality content;
• violate intellectual-property rights;
• manipulate engagement or platform metrics;
• violate applicable law or third-party platform policies; or
• otherwise conflict with Wanted Network rules.

Mission and Bounty decisions may be reviewed for errors but remain subject to Wanted Network's final determination.

5. CREATOR CONTENT

You retain ownership of original content you create and submit to Wanted Network.

By submitting content in connection with a Mission, Bounty, promotion, competition, or other Platform activity, you grant Wanted Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, repost, promote, adapt for formatting, and use that content for operation, promotion, marketing, documentation, and development of Wanted Network.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Wanted Network.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to publish and submit your content and that your submission does not unlawfully infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.

6. WNTD

WNTD is the digital token used within the Wanted Network ecosystem.

WNTD may be used in connection with Platform functionality including creator rewards, access, Missions, creator tools, promotional opportunities, network features, and other utilities introduced over time.

The functionality, availability, requirements, and utility associated with WNTD may change as Wanted Network develops.

Wanted Network does not guarantee:

• any particular market price for WNTD;
• appreciation in value;
• liquidity;
• exchange listings;
• a secondary market;
• the continued availability of any particular utility; or
• that WNTD rewards will maintain any particular monetary value.

You should review the Wanted Network Risk Disclosure before acquiring or using WNTD.

7. DIGITAL-ASSET TRANSACTIONS

Digital-asset transactions involve significant risks.

Transactions submitted to a blockchain may be irreversible, delayed, unsuccessful, or subject to network fees and conditions outside Wanted Network's control.

You are responsible for verifying wallet addresses, blockchain networks, transaction details, token contract addresses, and approvals before completing a transaction.

Wanted Network is not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses or networks or for losses resulting from blockchain, wallet, bridge, exchange, smart-contract, infrastructure, or third-party failures.

8. HEAT AND THE WANTED BOARD

Heat is a Platform-based status and ranking mechanism and is separate from WNTD.

Heat may be awarded based on approved Missions, Bounties, creator activity, achievements, or other Platform criteria.

Wanted Network may modify Heat calculations, ranking systems, eligibility rules, scoring mechanisms, seasonal resets, leaderboards, or related functionality when necessary to maintain the integrity and operation of the Platform.

Attempts to manipulate rankings, engagement, Missions, submissions, or Heat may result in removal from rankings, forfeiture of rewards, account restrictions, or termination.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use Wanted Network to:

• engage in fraud, deception, impersonation, or manipulation;
• artificially inflate views, engagement, rankings, referrals, or submissions;
• submit stolen, plagiarized, or unauthorized content;
• operate multiple accounts to circumvent Platform rules;
• exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, reward systems, or Platform mechanics;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• interfere with Platform infrastructure;
• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• violate third-party platform rules;
• harass, threaten, or unlawfully target others; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with Wanted Network.

Wanted Network may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or terminate participation where reasonably necessary.

10. REWARDS AND FORFEITURE

Rewards are subject to the requirements stated for each Mission, Bounty, campaign, or Platform activity.

Rewards may be denied, withheld, reversed where technically possible, or deemed forfeited where participation involves fraud, manipulation, duplicate submissions, prohibited conduct, violation of eligibility requirements, or other material violations of these Terms.

Wanted Network does not guarantee the future monetary value of any WNTD reward.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Wanted Network may interact with third-party wallets, blockchain networks, exchanges, social networks, payment providers, analytics services, infrastructure providers, websites, and applications.

Those services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Wanted Network does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, policies, actions, or failures of third-party services.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for creator-owned content and third-party materials, the Wanted Network Platform, brand, graphics, software, interfaces, designs, logos, documentation, Mission systems, Wanted Board, Safehouse, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Wanted Network.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Wanted Network intellectual property except where expressly permitted.

13. INDEPENDENT PLATFORM

Wanted Network is an independent creator-rewards platform.

Wanted Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Grand Theft Auto, GTA 6, or any other game publisher, developer, trademark owner, or intellectual-property holder unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Game names, trademarks, artwork, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

14. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

Nothing on Wanted Network constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Information regarding WNTD or other digital assets is provided for informational and Platform-related purposes only.

You are responsible for conducting your own research and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

15. TAXES

You are responsible for determining whether taxes, reporting obligations, or other governmental charges apply to WNTD you purchase, receive, earn, hold, transfer, or use.

Wanted Network does not provide tax advice and does not assume responsibility for your individual tax obligations.

16. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Wanted Network does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or without errors.

The Platform or individual features may temporarily or permanently become unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, blockchain conditions, security incidents, third-party services, regulatory developments, or other circumstances.

Wanted Network may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace Platform functionality when reasonably necessary.

17. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Wanted Network makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted availability, profitability, token value, future rewards, creator earnings, audience growth, ranking results, adoption, or commercial success.

Participation in digital assets involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount used to acquire a digital asset.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanted Network and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes losses resulting from digital-asset price movements, wallet compromise, blockchain failures, third-party services, lost opportunities, lost profits, creator submissions, Platform interruptions, or unauthorized account access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Wanted Network may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal requirements, or maintain Platform security.

You may stop using Wanted Network at any time.

Termination does not reverse completed blockchain transactions.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Wanted Network may update these Terms as the Platform, ecosystem, laws, and services evolve.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Wanted Network after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Wanted Network, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
